Ware Priory Lido is Situated in the grounds of Ware Priory, and is owned and operated by Ware Town Council.

The Lido has both a 30m main pool and a smaller teaching pool. There is a small toddler play area, and a room that is available to hire for private events. Seating and grassed areas surround the pools. The Lido has indoor changing rooms, toilets, and showers, as well as poolside showers. A refreshment kiosk offers a selection of food and drinks. There is also a small 'on-site' shop in the reception selling a range of swimming accessories and Lido merchandise. The Lido has just completed phase 1 of a £1.5million refurbishment, which included essential repairs to the pools and plant. From September 2023 we will commence the second phase to improve the remainder of the site, including seating, changing rooms, ancillary areas, and customer experience. Project Outline Following a successful refurbishment this year of our 30m outdoor lido we are now upgrading the rest of the site to compliment the pool - £250K Improvements to the shower areas - including new boilers, and the changing room floors. Improvements to the landscaping around the pool, including providing shaded areas, seating and furniture, and better facilities for our lifeguard team.
