Examples of how we apply this throughout our projects in partnership with our clients include: - ‘Campus as a Playground’ for the University of Warwick who have an ambition to be the most active campus in the UK. DMA developed a vision, development strategy, masterplan and building design in collaboration with their team. Recognition: RICS Award for Social Inclusion in 2020 - ‘Endorphin Enhanced Degrees’ for Loughborough University who understood the link between the built environment and student and staff wellbeing and attainment. Adopted as a case study for active environments by Sport England. Recognition: ‘It gets into our sub-conscious to be more active. We don’t know why but we like it!’ – resident feedback - ‘Health by Stealth’ for a leading international developer pioneering a new model for inner city living around active lifestyles, health and wellbeing. Supporting the future of development to create better environments for people and the planet to work in harmony.
