Prime Health, Wellbeing and Fitness is a start up business focused on those who are not members at gyms. Targeting the 85%, my vision is to take over the High Street with a health and wellbeing first approach through the building of direct links with ICB's, NHS, GP Referral programmes and health insurance companies. Using Fitness as a vehicle along with a strong focus on recovery, mental health, stress management and nutrition coupled with a team of highly qualified exercise referral specialists I aim to create a credible brand that plugs the gap and removes the mistrust around the capability of the fitness industry to deliver health as a product. Project Outline Pilot site is scheduled for Q1 2024 and if successful the plan will be to roll another 9 sites in that year through franchising - £280K
